Access24 is your FREE connection to your accounts, 24 hours a day. With Access24 you can perform credit union transactions on a touchtone telephone from almost anywhere.

Access24 is easy to use with easy to understand “prompts”. Listen carefully to each “prompt” to perform an account transaction.

To use Access24 the first time:

Enter your Member Number and the first two letters of your last name
The system will prompt you for your Social Security number, which is a Temporary Password
Next, respond to the request that you go in and change this Temporary Password to one unique to you.

From then on, all you need to know is your password and your account numbers. Access24 "tells" you exactly what you need to enter on your phone keys and when.

Enter Member Number with first 2 letters of LAST name and Press #
